Phases of fitness

Phases of your fitness:

1. Month 0-3: don’t expect to always enjoy working out. It’s normal for your motivation to be low and the need to find external motivation is good support(such as a personal trainer). Once you make a commitment, plan to workout 3 days a week if you want RESULTS and be consistent. Look for better mood, food nutrition and sleep in this phase 2: Phase 2: months 3-12: you will being to notice physical changes as your body becomes training-adapted and training now is a part of your daily habit. Start implementing GOALS and increasing overload and variety. DISCIPLINE and EFFECTIVENESS are the key 3: Phase 3: Months 12+: it’s become a lifestyle habit and biggest goals are being established. Avoid falling into a rut, periodize and plan your training into patterns and cycles . Just remember be Patient and stay focused. My transformation

So I have so afraid to show my transformation with more of a revealing picture because I lacked confidence in myself. Today as I seen the side by side I did not realize how much I have accomplished since January 2018 to now.
